Injection boding boron ironnof neodymiu is made by evenly mixing neodymium iron boron powder with resin, plastic and low melting pint metal and on on , then made the boron permanet magnet of compound neodymium iron by methods such as compressing, pushing or injecting shaping.

The product has rigid and elasticity , with metal, plastic and other inserts molding, It is simplify assembled to make sure precision. One mould with more pieces which have uniform density, good magnetic field consistency and corrosion resistance.Easy to produce precision magnets with varied complicated shapes, the products are not easy to crack.

1. A variety of shapes can be manufactured, such as cylinder, arcs, rings and many other complicated shapes; without further sintering and mechanical processing.
2. Diverse magnetization, multi-pole magnetization and screw angle magnetization are available, and the field distribution could be square, sinusoid, etc.
3. Higher magnetic property, the magnetic property of bonded magnet is between that of sintered NdFeb and Ferrite, with good consistency and stability.
4. Good corrosion resistance, after ED coating or through some special treatment, the magnet can be used under normal or unfavorable environment conditions for a long time.
